Lisa J Lowe-Hal, MHA, President & CEO, Nonprofit & Healthcare Operations Strategy & Coach
Lisa Lowe-Hall, MHA, brings over 20 years of leadership experience in nonprofit and healthcare management. As a wife, mother, and passionate advocate for vulnerable populations, Lisa is dedicated to driving positive social impact and removing barriers to care.
Throughout her career, Lisa has revitalized struggling organizations, ensured financial sustainability, and launched innovative, community-focused programs. She expertly guides nonprofits and health organizations through complex transitions, leveraging her resilience and extensive operational expertise.
Lisa's collaborative leadership style is built on the belief that sustainable change begins upstream. By fostering honesty, transparency, accountability, and shared purpose, she empowers teams to achieve lasting results. Her guiding philosophy—that influencing one person can impact an entire generation—shapes her work and inspires those around her.
With a master's degree in health administration, a Consultant Certificate from Harvard’s Division of Continuing Education and a Nonprofit Management Certification from the North Carolina Center for Nonprofits, Lisa is well equipped to meet leaders and organizations where they are and walk alongside them on the path to success.

Sheona Shibu, Healthcare Strategy & Data Intern
Sheona Shibu is a junior at NC State University majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology and a minor in Data Science. As a Healthcare Strategy & Data Intern with LHCC, she supports outreach and operations by assisting with newsletters, managing social media content, analyzing engagement data, and representing LHCC at community events. Sheona is passionate about leveraging technology and data-driven solutions to improve healthcare access and nonprofit effectiveness.

Adenike AMusa, Director of Business Development & Operations
Adenike Amusa is an experienced operations and nonprofit leader with over five years of leadership experience, including nearly two years in nonprofit executive leadership. She is deeply committed to advancing programs and initiatives that strengthen communities and improve outcomes for families and vulnerable populations.
Adenike is recognized for her ability to align mission, operations, and people building strong internal systems while cultivating strategic partnerships that drive sustainable impact. Her work reflects a dedication to operational excellence and community-centered leadership, focused on expanding access to critical services and creating lasting, meaningful change.
Outside of her work in the community, you might spot Adenike at a local thrift, book store or coffee shop. She finds joy in traveling, immersing herself in nature, fine arts, music, and intentionally raising her two sons as part of a lasting legacy.

Trinisha Williams, CM, LM, MPH, FACCE, LCCE, LC, Maternal Health Strategy
Trinisha Williams is a dedicated midwife and maternal health advocate with over two decades of experience. She began her healthcare career in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Women’s Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Trinisha earned a master’s in public health with a focus on Women’s Health from Hunter College, after which she held various leadership roles in health education, including at Bellevue Hospital and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
She became a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator in 2002 and completed her degree in Midwifery at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in 2003.
Trinisha also established Haven Midwifery Collective, a nonprofit aiming to create NYC's first midwifery-led birth center, where she serves as President and Founder. Throughout her career, she has remained deeply committed to addressing maternal health disparities, particularly for underserved communities, and ensuring birthing centers are viable options for all low risk birthing people.

Porscha Martin-Harvey, LCSW, Mental Health Operations Strategy
Porscha Martin- Harvey, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker with more than a decade of experience providing clinical assessment, evaluation and treatment to individuals and families. Porscha earned a Master’s of Social Work from the JMSW program at UNC-Greensboro and A&T State University. Porscha has spent the last 12 years providing both clinical and case management services in non-profit organizations as a part of an interdisciplinary team. Porscha is committed to issues related to social justice and building spaces free of bias, bigotry and racism.
In her spare time, Porscha enjoys spending time with family, laughing, reading and going for walks. One of Porscha’s favorite quotes is from lawyer and social justice activist, Bryan Stevenson- “You ultimately judge the civility of a society not by how it treats the rich, the powerful, the protected and the highly esteemed, but by how it treats the poor, the disfavored and the disadvantaged.”

Tammy Ziglar, Senior Fractional HR Consultant | Workforce Stabilization & Organizational Strategy
Tammy Ziglar is an experienced HR executive with more than 20 years of leadership across corporate, nonprofit, manufacturing, and government sectors. She specializes in helping organizations navigate periods of transition, instability, and growth by strengthening HR infrastructure and aligning workforce strategy with organizational goals.
Tammy is frequently called upon during critical moments—such as leadership transitions, restructuring, or cultural disruption—to stabilize HR operations, assess organizational risk, and support executive teams in restoring alignment. Her expertise includes HR transformation, employee relations strategy, compliance, leadership development, and workforce planning.
Throughout her career, Tammy has partnered with executive leaders and boards to strengthen organizational foundations and guide teams through complex workforce challenges. Known for her collaborative and solutions-focused approach, she works alongside leadership teams to rebuild people systems that support both operational stability and long-term organizational health.
Tammy is also committed to strengthening the broader business and nonprofit ecosystem, supporting leaders and organizations as they build sustainable systems that serve both their mission and their communities.

Kecia Edwards, Ph.D., Healthcare Operations Strategy & Coach
Dr. Kecia Edwards is a seasoned healthcare leader with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare administration spanning acute care, physician practice management, and managed care—along with 14 years in higher education. She currently serves as a Senior Client Success leader at Relias and remains a passionate advocate for advancing health equity and leadership development in healthcare.
Dr. Edwards earned her B.S. in Healthcare Management from Lander University, both an M.A. in Management and an MBA from Webster University, and a Ph.D. in Human Services with a specialization in Health Care Administration from Capella University. She is also an alum of the Disparities Leadership Program, a distinction that aligned seamlessly with her dissertation and her ongoing passion for improving care for minority populations while supporting diverse leaders to impact outcomes and decision-making processes.
Throughout her career in both healthcare and academia, Dr. Edwards has consistently championed leadership development. Recognizing that organizational success is built on well-equipped leaders, she founded Graced 4 Purpose Consultants, LLC, a firm dedicated to coaching and developing new managers and leaders across industries.

Paula Love, Fundraising, Development & Grant Writing Strategy
Paula Love is an experienced fundraiser with more than 15 years of success in nonprofit fund development and organizational leadership. She has held leadership roles with nationally recognized organizations, including the American Heart Association, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, as well as several Michigan-based nonprofits.
In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Paula has worked as a consultant across the faith-based, healthcare, and senior services sectors—helping organizations strengthen their fundraising strategies, engage donors, and grow their impact.
She is passionate about building relationships and creating opportunities for growth, Paula brings both strategic insight and a people-first approach to every partnership.

Dimica Lawrence, LCSW, Mental Health Clinical Strategy
Dimica Lawrence is a Raleigh-native who has been serving her community as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2018. Dimica has always had a passion for building relationships with other providers and members of our local community and taken the initiative to engage in diverse spaces and create partnerships with community members, local businesses, non-profit organizations, and other healthcare providers to break down the stigma surrounding mental health and promote the value of professional alliances. Most of her work with individuals and organizations is focused on building resilience, cultivating a trauma-informed approach, and building tolerance for relational conflict and distress. Dimica always “meets people where they are” to increase awareness and accessibility to mental health services. She believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to prioritize their mental well-being and is committed to making mental healthcare more accessible and visible for all.
