ABOUT ME

Lisa Lowe-Hall is an experienced nonprofit and healthcare leader with more than two decades of experience guiding organizations through complexity, change, and transition. She brings a calm, strategic presence to high-stakes situations, supporting boards, leaders, and teams as they navigate uncertainty with confidence and integrity.

Lisa holds a Master’s Degree in Health Administration, a Consultant Certification from Harvard’s Division of Continuing Education, and a Nonprofit Management Certification from the North Carolina Center for Nonprofits.

Her leadership experience includes:

  • Revitalizing struggling organizations

  • Strengthening financial sustainability

  • Guiding organizations through executive transitions

  • Launching and scaling impactful programs

  • Partnering with boards during periods of crisis and change

Lisa’s leadership philosophy centers on the concept of “Crisis as Opportunity.” She believes that when organizations are supported with clarity, compassion, and experienced leadership, they can emerge from challenge stronger than before.

Outside of her professional work, Lisa is a wife, mother, and passionate advocate for positive social impact and removing barriers for vulnerable populations.
